We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at glownestlights26@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to process the refund.
We do not accept returns for items that are damaged by misuse, installed incorrectly, missing parts due to customer handling, or returned without approval.
